Cannot use own domain name as required

I have a website, example.x10host.com. I also own the website example.xyz.

I have added the website example.xyz as a parked domain. Nevertheless, when accessed it redirects to example.x10host.com even though I want the website to be hosted as example.xyz

Is this possible to change or is it a limitation of x10?

That's usually caused by the software you are using. You might want to check your MediaWiki configuration file, and replace your .x10host.com domain with your new one.

Thank you for the prompt response. This fixed the issue.

(For others wondering, edit LocalSettings.php on Mediawiki so that your own domain is present rather than x10's host).
