can't access account (cpanel)

Hello,

I can log onto the forums (obviously!) but I cannot get into my cpanel.

It also appears that nameservers are failing, as I cannot bring up my site, nor am I receiving email.

Assistance or suggestions appreciated.

when was the last time you logged into the forums?

you account might have been suspended for inactivity and been sent to termination, after 10 days of inactivity.

NOTE: there is a new update in rules, instead of 14 days for inactivity it has been changed to 31 days, and still 10 days for termination

I logged in Oct. 24 and then yesterday, Nov.3... so less than 2 weeks.

I have not had an email processed since at least Oct.25.........

hmm, well something weird is going on.
and this is the account you linked to your hosting?

because it appears not to be linked anymore. i might have to escalate this to a ticket.

Don't recall ever linking or unlinking anything. Not sure if I even have the proper access to do so.

I do recall some goofiness when I originally signed up. Used esc01 for signup, but when came time to register on forums, it wouldn't take that, so I used essentialstrategies.

As for what stopped working on approximately Oct. 25...... couldn't tell ya, but I'd sure like it corrected.

Not sure if it's related or not, but I also can't access anything to do with x10hosting (forums, support, home page, etc) without a proxy.

Your account were already suspended on Oct. 24, just logging into the forums would not have brought it back from suspension. Logging into account panel and requesting it to be unsuspended is always necessary to clear a suspension (or requesting it through a support thread depending on reason).

You mentioned using esc01 when signing up, I checked the logs and found that it was terminated on October 25th after being suspended for more then 10 days.

Thread was escalated by the time I was finished writing. But I'll leave the information here as well.
