Can't access account settings?

Whenever I log in the X10Hosting.com I get redirected to either X10basic or the cPanel. I can't access my account portal and I'll be suspended for inactivity.

As long as you log in on the main site you are essentially logging into the portal, although directed to the cpanel/x10basic.

At the top though you should see a couple links, one of them called "Account Settings", which should take you to the settings.

In cPanel, click on "Account Settings" at the top of the page. On the next page, click "Account Support" at the top right of the page. This should give you access to your account settings. From there, you can click on "Visit Forums" button.
