Can't Access "Account Settings"

When I input a known bad password the form gives me and obvious error message. When I use what I believe is the correct password the login fails silently. No way from that form to recover from a lost password either.

That URL takes me to cPanel. At top of the cPanel page is a link to "Account Settings". That takes me to another login screen and this is where the login fails silently and where there is no opportunity to recover password.

I don't think it's "failing silently"; it's just not doing anything. The screen you land on is the password update screen, but that's not clear. If you haven't expanded the "+ Update Password" section but enter your current password and hit Save, the form submits and does nothing (because there is no new password) so you're just back to the same screen again.

Makes sense now that I look at it that way. So I guess there isn't really any way to view account details for free accounts then. I'm thinking about what to do if my account times out for not having accessed the forums in the past month.

The inactivity timer is based on logging into that SSO URL, not the forums.
