I made a website, using the Reptile site builder from cPanel on x10hosting, a while ago, and for several days now I haven't been able to access the admin area of that website to update it.
I keep getting this message when I try to connect to that address: HTTP gateway timed out

Can someone please let me know what's going on?

Yeah, so, uhmm... anyone? Admins, moderators, administrators, good people of the world...HELP!

The website is hosted here on x10hosting and I noticed that in cPanel there's no longer the option to use Reptile site builder. So if you removed that option from cPanel is that why I can't update my website? If that's the reason, is there another way to update it?

I don't understand why people ignore my topic? If you don't understand what the problem is please say so and I'll give you more details. I really need to update my website and I'm not able because something has been changed on x10hosting, there's nothing wrong at my end.

Is there some way to contact the admins directly? This is a support ticket...where is the support?

We know the problem, just not the solution. Somewhere in the encrypted file (admin.php) there's likely an include that requires connection to a third party using port 80. Without being able to see the code it is kinda hard to figure out what IP that has to be added to firewall whitelist.

We thought we had it nailed, but since it still doesn't work, we apparently did not have it nailed.

So, you need any more information from me or it's something that you need to figure out on your own?

Is there any other way to update my website?

Thanks

As far as I know there's no other way to update a website built using the sitebuilder.

It is something we'd need to figure out, most likely there'd be very little you could do your end as the file is just as encrypted for you.
