Can't access control panel

Hello,

I just signed up today and claimed a domain and everything, but when I try to access control panel (https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN) I get:

This site can’t be reached​

The connection was reset.

I have cleared my cache, logged out and back in, and disabled my firewall, none of which has resolved the issue. Please advise.

Fascinating. Thank you for the suggestion. But why does the direct link provided by x10hosting not work? Is this a known bug?

I'm not sure I understand your response. I can log in to x10hosting just fine; it's only accessing the control panel that I was having an issue with. The direct link to the control panel on my dashboard and on the service page for my domain sends me to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN - @ctyrd 's suggestion of "your.domain.mx:2222" worked great and I was able to access the control panel from there. My follow-up question was, why is the link that x10 hosting provides not working?

Yes the hyperlink to the DA hosting control panel in DA account panel is buggy. I think it has something to do with x12 server/host. It works every time on x13, at least for me.

Just remember to login here: https://x10hosting.com/login (DA account panel) at least once every 30 days so your account does not freeze.
