Can't access cpanel / ftp

I can't log into my cpanel (I get a "Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data." after logging in and attempting to redirect to xo1.x10hosting.com:2083/login/). I had previously set up an ftp account from a different computer, but now I can no longer access my site via ftp either (authentification failed).

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi c0dex10h,

Are you able to access your own website? Are you certain that there is nothing blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.

I can access my website from both my domain (http://c0de.it) and my x10 subdomain (http://c0de.x10host.com).
I can connect via ftp, however, it is refusing my login info that I had previously set up.

Port 2083 shouldn't be getting blocked, I'm on my home system.
