Can't access cpanel or wordpress website

It's been a couple of hours now that I've been trying to log in and find a solution online to no avail. Every time I try to log in to cpanel through the x10 website it starts to redirect me and then brings me to https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ website not available page. Same thing for the wordpress site and admin login. My url is localtuner.net .

Hi,

XO1/Absolut's cPanel is currently loading fine for me. If you are still having problems, please could you ensure there are no firewalls, proxies or routers in place than could be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.

I have the same issue.

A tracert shows to the xo1 server shows:

I don't know what the unresponsive server is, but perhaps that's causing the issue.

I can open a telnet connection to the xo1 server on port 2083, so it's not being blocked.

Port 2083 isn't being blocked by any services on my computer. Also this is the second time I've had to reset my password just to access the community. And trust me I entered it correctly. My website is down, can't log in to c-panel, and can't log in to wordpress. Had this issue yesterday until I spoke to leafpiggy and he said he had no issues logging in to my account. I tried shortly after and everything worked fine, and much faster might I add. But now I'm back to the same issue. I've just joined yesterday.... please help resolve this issue.

Your IP address was blocked in our firewall. I've now removed the block; is everything working again now?
