cant access cpanel

i'm trying hard since 2 hrs to access the cpanel. but its just not. i've already uploaded my files, need more job to do, got to submit an assignment. but i just cant access the cpanel. at the x10 staff its said its ok. anyone knows anything.. pls help

What errors do you get, if any?
On what web address are you trying to reach cPanel?

In your cPanel username, there are no numbers. Are you trying with your forum username?

Seeing as you stated that you already uploaded your files, I'm going to assume that you were already able to access your account in the past.

If so, are you still logging in to the correct cPanel URL?

If the page didn't load at the time of your posting, it could've been due to temporary high system load. These problems are usually fixed promptly and automatically. Please try logging in to your cPanel again.
