Can't Access CPanel

After recent password reset, the hosting account does not redirect to cPanel directly , rather asks for username password ..but when i provide it, it shows login attempt failed. Can someone help please..is it becuase of recent updates to servers..or i have done something stupid..?

I have restored your account, please allow 24 hours for it to become fully operational again. After 24 hours if you still have issues either re-open this thread or create a new one. You can re-open this thread by clicking on the "Administrative" text at the top of the original post.

Hi Corey,

I still can not login to my cPanel. Earlier when i used to click on cpanl link from account page, the login details were automatically being taken care of..i could directly see cPanel site management tools..but now i am being asked for username & password where i use 'shaleenm' as username and same password as for hosting/forum account but login is not a success..i have no sensible clue what is the problem..?

It is not the same info as your forum.. Try logging in using your forum info at http://x10hosting.com/control from there you can see your hosting username and I recommend changing your password to see if that lets you login.
