Can't access my account nor CPanel

Hi, it's been a while since I can't access my cpanel or my account files.

When I log in, when I'm redirected to CPanel, I always get this error:

Internal Server Error
500

No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): subprocess exited with status 13 (EACCES)
cpsrvd/11.42.1.16 Server at xo1.x10hosting.com

Besides that, when I try to access my website I always get a 403 forbidden error. I tried to access the files via FTP, but when I log in I can't see any file, and if I try to create a folder or file, I get an error 550: permission denied.

I hope my account is one of the few with problems from the migration and it's easy to solve.
