Cant access my account!

Hi,

A few years ago I ordered a 3 years plan of x10hosting Premium. I used the servers actively until my interest of websites faded.

So now I am starting to feel interested again, but I can't log in to my servers. There is only one domain that is still active, and it still works.

Why are my login details not recognized anymore? I have tried to login on x10hosting.com and on mydomain.com:2082 with no luck.

For a premium account you should be logging in at: https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php
If you don't remember your password, there should be an option to reset the password at the login page.
If all else fails, you can email the premium support at support@x10premium.com, include as much details as possible so the staff is able to find the account and verify you as the owner of it.
