Can't access my CPanel Page nor my site

Hi Admin and all,

As of now, I suddenly can no longer access to my page nor CPanel. The https://x10hosting.com/sso/main is working fine and I could see me logged in. But when I click my Open-CPanel, it tries to connect and fail with connection timeout. This is the first time I'm facing this issue. What could be the cause?

if the server your site is on like xo7.x10hosting.com
its down me and a bunch of other users having same problem..

Because most don't even know what's going on and i doubt there's only 3-4 people on one xo7 server because that would just be idiotic.

I'm sorry for today's disruption on xo7. An internal problem meant that the server was offline for a few hours. This issue has been resolved.
