cant access my cPanel

hello ,
i cant access my cPanle , when i try to access it it says this page cant be displayed , my account was suspended and when it was unsuspended that problem appear .
my account name : nesho
domain : www.mansoura.biz or (stopcut.exofire.net)

According to this, your Domain isn't working properly, but the stopcut.exofire.net seems to work fine for me. Have you tried logging into stopcute.exofire.net:2082 or only via your domain name? Try that, if that doesn't work, can you access: stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 Let me know how it goes.
