can't access my site

Hi,

Everytime i try to access www.forumadverts.x10.mx it redirects to x10hosting.com

I 'see' --> "In total there is 1 user online :: 0 registered, 0 hidden and 1 guest (based on users active over the past 5 minutes)"
and other stuff

Try clearing your browser's cache and history - close browser - reopen browser - then check the site again -:- Maybe you are seeing a stale (cached) page

I can't access my account, every time I log in all I get is a blank page. What can I do?

Hi ever130,

It looks like you had exceeded your initial disk space quota of 1GB and were using the x10Hosting Basic control panel theme. There is currently a bug in our x10Hosting Basic theme where it will load incorrectly when your disk space limit has been exceeded. I've now switched your account over to use the standard cPanel x3 theme, which should allow you to gain access to your cPanel.

Please only switch back to the x10Hosting Basic theme once your disk space limit is no longer being exceeded.

Thank-you I now have access to the control panel but I can't access my FTP account information such as, ftp name, ftp address, my ftp user name, etc. And also I can't make any changes in-order to reduce the disk size.
