Is your host set to localhost? Did you link the database and the user?

Can you define your terms?
Not accessible in what way?

PHP script returns following error:
Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

And phpMyAdmin returns smthing like access data invalid.

And yes, I created a user and linked it to DB.

Trying to get as much information as I can.

On the PHPMyAdmin, is that when you try to get to it from cPanel, or when you try to look at one of your databases?

And, how did you make the database? ie which tool in cPanel.

On phpMyAdmin ist when I click on this shortcut in my cPanel.I tried to create it in all possible and impossible ways. Today in the morning I wasn't able to create any DB at all. After some time I created one, but couldn't access it.
