Can't access new free hosting account

Created a new account this afternoon and after confirming my email and trying the Control Panel your site tole me it was unable to process the request. Figured I might have to wait awhile after registration so I tried a few hours later. Now I simply get "Access Denied". Tried in Chrome, FireFox, and IE. It sends me to this URL -> https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/signup/pending

Sorry you're having trouble too but glad to hear it's not just me. I've used both the free and premium hosting here in the past and have been very happy. Here's hoping the problem gets fixed quick!

During the major maintenance we recently did we put signups on hold, meaning all signups during that time was put in queue awaiting end of maintenance.
Signups are turned back on, and all accounts that were confirmed and added to queue during the hold period are now being processed to create the actual hosting account on one of our free servers.
The queue is however rather large so it could take a while before the account is actually created.
Signups that are done now are put at the end of that queue, so wait time is longer then normal for new signups as well.
