can't access site

https://status.x10hosting.com/ currently says that all servers are up, including xo7 (which I believe is the one I'm on) but my website which was running fine last night is completely down.

Could you guys confirm that this is indeed a server being unavailable issue and/or maybe recommend some diagnostics I could run to see what exactly the issue might be (e.g ddos attack)
