First try to login to your Account Panel (upper tab of these forums) using your forum credentials.

There you can check your cPanel username (on the left column) and change password if needed (right column).

It seems like there is no account linked to your forum account. Have you been away for more than 24 days?

If you have been inactive for 24 consecutive days as vigge_sWe asked, your account has been removed due to inactivity. Your data is no longer on our servers.

If this is the case, you can sign up for a new hosting account at the x10Hosting home page. Be sure to properly link your new hosting account to your current forum account when prompted to do so during the registration process.

sigh I too cant access the cpanel today, my pages works 99% of the time, just the cpanel and forums seem to always have problems. Like today trying to access the cpanel or my forums both result in firefox trying to download index.php instead of loading the page.

This may be caused by temporary high server load, or a problem with Apache on the server. This doesn't relate to the original poster's problem. I'm sure the problem of your cPanel not loading will be fixed as soon as the staff looks into it.
