Can't access to Cpanel and my website it's down

I will try to update my website this morning, but I can't.

When press "Open Cpanel". Show me Sign in retry ant the website only see the next message "Apache normally fiction"

Please help me to fix or give my files please.

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 90 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

Ps. for support it is best to use the default forum account that was created with your hosting account (we can look details up easy if you do), its username is salonca2, password should be the same as you use for the panel login
