Resolved Can't access website or admin panel

Hi! It's me again

While I was trying to understand the disk usage issue I had yesterday, I failed to input my correct password in the sign-in window, twice. Now I can't access anything related with my account, not even the website.

I can use the forum and the sign in menu from the x10hosting's site, and I can even get to the standby screen, but I'm not able to access cPanel.

I was able to access the website from Tor, though, and I also have confirmation that it is possible to visit the website from another access point, so now I'm thinking my IP was blocked.

Is there anyway to unblock it?

The IP that you made that post from is not blocked. It is possible that the block was only temporary.

If you still have a problem viewing your site or logging in let me know and I'll check further
