Programmer rushed to go home maybe..., then he forgot to put some code on it.

How we'll recover the password now?

User Anna, please maybe you can help me please as it noticed that you're a member of staff.

My issue is : I've got an email saying "Account Suspension", then I have to active it through this link https://x10hosting.com/sso/login you sent me,
but I cannot login, the system says "Invalid login information provided." but I'm very sure about my info cause I keep them in my notebook (my login and password),
and I've never changed since... and today I get a error message !!!

my username is : francis4

Would you please help me to recover my password???

I'm in the same boat unfortunately, I've tried a couple different browsers, and given you contacted the coder, I'll assume it's a issue everyone is having.

maybe the sys admin deleted the user password database by mistake !!!.

because mine I'm very sure about my login and password as I keep them in my notebook preciously,
then in this situation I don't have choice, that's why I wanted to recover my password, and again another problem...
