Cant add database user

Hi,
It looks like you are using the x10Hosting Basic theme. There is currently a bug with this theme where database users do not add properly. Until this is fixed, please could you switch to the standard cPanel x3 theme using the "Switch to cPanel x3" button in the top-right corner and add a database user that way?
