Can't Add Let's Encrypt SSL to domain

I cannot add wildcard ssl to the domain: s-home.eu.org

It shows the info below. I am sure that the nameservers are pointed to x10hosting nameservers

hey, you have a eu.org domain so you can add it to the cloudflare and get a ssl from their add it in x10 panel and change your nameservers to cloudflare's ns. Then, add the dns from your x10 panel to the cloudflare dns.

All I can advice is to try again, a timeout usually means that the server was too busy to respond in a timely manner.
