Cant change contact email address from Cpanel

Im trying to change to another email address because this one got spammed, but the problem is that i can´t change the email, here is the error:

That email already exists for a client account in our system.

Thats my email. I havent registered accounts with that email... Is there a way to send a confirmation message to that email?

Nevermind, i forgot that i registered that email with one account, it was like a year ago. Now the problem is that, this account is suspended because of inactivity, so i cant change the email either
