Cant change cpanel theme

Hi there I cant seem to change my cpanel theme back to basic let alone be able to change it back to the very first x10hosting version when I first signed up I seen other users had an issue with this I am wondering if you can set mine back to default and will there be a fix for this so we can swap and change freely without needing support...? also if and when I finally get testing what I am doing with my site and feel like its all going to plan if I decide to upgrade to a paid subscription and purchase my own domain would I lose all my work or will is just be a case of transferring the account to a paid one rather than the free... as I am curious to know if I would need to back everything up before moving to a paid account...? thanks

I have set your account back to the default, basic, theme.

When you want to upgrade to paid hosting in the future there will be an option to have the current account transferred, all you need to do tick the option that says "Include Migration of an x10Hosting Free Account" and fill in the information required.

Thanks for all the information you have provided and sorting out my cpanel issue much appreciated.....already I am getting impressed with the services all I need to find out more about is stability..... which I like to find out on my own because its easy for someone to say this that and next I love facts looks like this could be the start of something great especially when I plan on coming back to the web community with a bang
