can't connect to database

i am using pdo extension to connect to my database. My website has a custom login system that i created using pdo. when i test it out, it will not let me connect to my database (samandzo_szwedding)

i am confused as to what i am suppose to be using for my "host", and "user" ..
can anyone help?

I can't see any issues with your site's database connection right now. What error message are you seeing?
