Can't connect to either email or cpanel on Absolute

I don't know if it is an x10 issue or my problem, but I can't log in to my email or my cpanel; it feels like an https issue though, b/c I can't log-in with my iphone either and I've tried three different access points [it allows me to sign in, but it never connects] If it is on your side, I'm sure you know all about it by now and my post is just a nuisance.

I'm having the same problem with my login, after certain time it is showing

Internal Server Error
500
No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): subprocess was killed with signal 14

I signed in to cpanel without a problem; email had a glitch, but after waiting a minute for all of the pre-load scripts to load it logged in too!
Thanks guys, x10 has always been the best web host free or paid!

In vox severs it takes too much time to redirect to cpanel (like 3 minutes)

phpmyadmin took me 10 mins just to get into it after that 30 mins to get to my database and 45 mins to import a 5kb file.

same here - cant get to absolut. i log in here - https://absolut.x10hosting.com:2083 - says login successful but then times out after that.

You're not supposed to login directly at the cpanel link, for the record.

We're aware of these issues and are monitoring the situation.

Filezilla (ftp) has no problems logging in, if you need file access; just sayin' good alternative to cpanel, you can go through your email too, not very graphical, but it beats watching the connecting spinner!

Just checked it is working now, I'm able to sign in to cpanel . But it is taking some time .

cPanel works but the files take forever to load. They usually come up instantly
