Can't connect to server, and control panel

Hello guys, I've been trying to connect to my server via FTP and control panel, but error message says could not connect to server. Help please.. Thanks.

Upon validating my login details, I'm being redirected to this link: https://xo3.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess8522448194/frontend/basic/index.live.php.. But it only displays blank page.

Hi,

It looks like your account was set to the x10Hosting Basic theme, but your account has exceeded its disk allowance of 1GB.

There is currently a bug in the x10Hosting Basic theme where it fails to load properly if your disk quota is exceeded, which is what is happening here. To solve this, I've forcefully set your account to use the standard cPanel x3 theme, and your cPanel is now loading fine.

If you wish to use x10Hosting Basic, please bring your account below the disk quota allowance and then switch afterwards.
