can't connect to site

I can't connect to my site but I know it's working because other people can. Firefox says it's taking too long to respond.

Hello, try clear your cache and flush your DNS. Let me know if that fixes it. If not, please do a traceroute to stoli.x10hosting.com and post it here.

Hello, that traceroute looks good. Have you tried connecting to your site with another web browser? If not please try that and let me know how it goes. Also in firefox can you visit your cpanel or does that fail to load also?

If it fails to load also try going to http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 let me know if any of these works.

I just tried it with IE and it still didn't work. cPanel and FTP work fine though. Is there a firewall or something that could be blocking me?

Hello, the firewall is unlikely the cause, if it was blocking you, the traceroute would have timed out on the last hop. Can you please ping stoli.x10hosting.com and post the results here.
