Hi,

Please try using the username lucacerv instead of your email address, for FTP. ;)

Thank you,

By default, you'll need to wait a little while for the changes to be visible on your site (usually less than 20 minutes). It's not because things haven't been changed or added on the server, but because there is a cache layer sitting between the users and the server. That takes a huge load off of the server, but it can be frustrating if you expect changes to be visible immediately (like if you're doing development on the server instead of on a local machine, which is a horrible idea anyway).

Right-click on the folder (server, not local) and delete.

Inside the public_html folder, as that's where your site goes.
I'm assuming that you're using Filezilla for the deleting BTW.

OK. Anyway, in that public_html, all you have to do is right-click the folder you want to remove and press 'delete' or whatever option that says that word.
