can't connect with FTP - Illuminated

I am trying to use Filezilla to ulpoad files, but I can't. I keep getting the follwing when I try:

Great to hear FTP is working again! It looks like our firewall was incorrectly handling some FTP connections on Illuminated, which was causing this issue.
