Can't create a hosting account

I logged into my X10 account today, I might sound stupid but how do I actually make a hosting account? :L

You don't seem to have an hosting account, at least there's no hosting attached to the forum account you are posting with right now. Hosting accounts are a separate sign up: http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-signup

If you already went through sign up there, could you please tell us your cPanel username?
