Can't Create Database?

Trying to create a database to house my forum board installation, but I see "No privileges" in phpAdmin and the 'Create Database' link is inactive. Any idea what I'm skipping?

From within phpmyadmin you can't create a database, that is common practice on shared hosting (you do not have root level access when logged in).

You should however be able to create one from the "Mysql Management" page in DirectAdmin (under account manager), when I login to your account from admin, that option is available at least.
