Can't create FTP Accounts, Can't access my main FTP Account ?

Hi please help :/ I'm on Illuminated server dinoraptor101.x10.mx and I haven't used my access in a while I decided to come to make changes to my site and all of a sudden I can't, I can still access my account panel and C Panel so I know I got the right credentials, however I can't use FTP access, I can't create FTP Access or allow ftp access anonymously.

Please help.

Hello sorry for late reply, I'm not super techy but this is the log from filezilla when I use my main FTP account access, weird enough I did gain access now, but I'm still unable to create FTP Accounts, could be a CPanel issue?
