Whenever I attempt to create a site from the main page (x10hosting.com), it recognizes that I have an account already (AlexiaW2D@gmail.com). If I try to enter my password it says "an error occurred, please try again". I'm 100% sure the password I entered is correct, and I reset it for good measure, it still won't work, and I don't have caps lock on or anything either. I can access my CPanel just fine, it's just the front page.

You're only allowed to have one hosting account, and I see one active account that is associated with that email address, so you would not be able go create another one from our main page.

You say you can access cPanel but not being able to login to the main page (which would actually take you to cPanel), so what address are you using to access cPanel?

On what address did you get the error?

I use the direct link to access cPanel (on my phone now, but it has sso in the url), but I guess the error is from the one site restriction. I thought you could have more than one site as long as you didn't go over the threshold (I read it somewhere here...) I guess not.

You can have more then one site, just not more then one account.

To have more sites you can create an addon domain within cPanel (you can have two addon domains).
You would need to acquire the domain you wish to use from a third party though, there's a few places that provide free domains that you can use for that purpose.

Optionally you can create a subdomain and set up another site that way.

Oh! Okay, I was confused since I thought I could make another site from the front page, which is when the login error happened. I'll do it through cPanel.
