Can't create SiteBuilder User Message

I tried to create a web site using SiteBuilder and when I filled in the info and clicked to create a site I got the message "Unable to create SiteBuilder user (2)". I have been using Custom Web Sites but wanted to try Sitebuilder. I deleted my Custom site and then tried to create using Sitebuilder but kept getting that message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing the same problem. I tried using FireFox, Chrome and Safari on a Mac so don't believe it's a browser compatibility problem unless it works in IE.

New user. Same problem. Could it be that the sitebuilder has a problem because of server migration? Some files could be missing or misplaced after the migration, as it seems that it has been a problem only since then. Considering that the migration was only 30 days before this post, and the first person to bring it to the forums did so nine days after the migration, it seems possible that the issue could have occurred during the movement of those files.

This thread is over one year old, and we no longer use RVSiteBuilder. What issue are you having with our site builder?
