It's been a week since I've submitted a support ticket via my illuminated hosting account with no
answer so I'll copy it here and hope for the best.

I've registered a domain name with namecheap.com
I've also purchase an SSL certificate.
I can't figure out how to generate the CSR key needed for the SSL certificate.
In the forums, it is said that SSL Certificate installation is not available on free accounts.
I was originally signed-up to x10hositng with a free account. My account was
one of the accounts deleted due to server failure. x10hosting upgraded me to the
illuminated package for 5 years.

Since I'm technically using a paid account, how to I generate a CSR key?

Thanks

Hi realign,

Though I'm not official Illuminated support staff, I should advise that SSL isn't supported on x10 Illuminated since it requires a Dedicated IP, which is only available on x10Premium & x10VPS.

Illuminated is supposed to "bridge the gap" between Free Hosting and x10Premium.

Thank you

Thank you. I suspected as much and through much digging I did discover that the "Premium Hosting Account" is the only one that offers "one" SSL Certificate.

I will do my best to get a refund for the one that I already purchased with my domain, and leave it to the band that I'm administrating the website for to decide if they want to pay for the Premium X10 Account.

Thanks again for your reply.
