I get this when I try and get access to cPanel. Is the site currently down?

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at boru.x10hosting.com:2083.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Boru might have been under heavy load earlier, though I am able to connect to your cPanel without an issue on my end. If it is still down, try using the Alternate address for cPanel, http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082 . If that is still not working and you cannot reach your site via it's domain name, please let us know.

Thank You, thats worked. Its changed a lot since I first uploaded the site. Ive had a look at the tutorials to see how this newer version works and Im uploading the site again. Will it automatically pick up the new location of where Im uploading the site again?

I think I may have answered my last question. I think the free co.cc domain isnt picking up the new uploaded site. Im more rusty with all this than I thought. Thanks for the help and advice though. Much appreciated.

to use a co.cc domain, you need to register, and configure, that domain over at http://co.cc
Did you do this?

Hi Anna. Thanks for your post. I feel reasured by the couple of people (including yourself) that have posted on my problem. Ive used free hosting before in the past with other sites and had no support but this site is great. Thank You.

I have signed up to the co.cc site and only figured out yesterday that I cant seem to access it from where I work but its fine from home. I've managed to change where it looks to get the website from and its now looking at the updated site Ive uploaded.

Thanks again for the friendly support
