can't get in to my cpanel

i can't get in to my cpanel even if I entered the correct login info of my website.
site name is manifoldcreations.elementfx.com

Hello,

Can you please try logging into cPanel via the control panel located at http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

This should allow you to click a button to take you directly to cPanel.

when I activate my vpn i can get in to the cpanel, but if not- can't login. anyways, thanks for the response.
im using wireless internet connection... please close this thread. consider this resolved.
the problem is at my end, my bad.
