Resolved Can't get into my cpanel

When I try to get into my cpanel I get the following message

Sign in Successful

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Looks like the session key is not properly created to allow the login, could you please try logging out from the panel and clear any session cookies related to x10 and then try again?

If that fails I may have to hand this over to the higher admins as that could be an indication the backend needs a bit kick.
