Can't get past Email Confirmation

Trying to login for a couple of day now but I get an error saying:

Sign up Error
Unfortunately an error occurred processing your account sign up. Our staff have been alerted to this error.

You may attempt to re-submit your signup at this time.

Anyone know the fix for this?

I do have and account under that name but when I click the sign in button I get the above error.
