Can't get to cpannel of view website

My computer is apparently blocked from my c-pannel and website, I can view my website on my phone but can't on my home computerI am on server level

To update, I can use a proxy to view my site so my IP is blocked form some reason, Any ideas ?!?!?!

Your IP address was blocked for 5 failed cPanel login attempts in just 5 minutes.
I have unblocked it now, but are you having trouble remembering your cPanel credentials?

And know i was actually loged in using the cpannel, and i clicked a few links with no problem then it stoped working.
