cant log in to chopin, and site is unavailable

it says server not available? i am sure i didnt break any rules. site was in english. no pornography, no trash talk... duno, maybe its just some restart or maintenance?
im concerned, because i did a lot updates to site recently and didnt do backup

when i go to chopin.x10hosting.com, page opens, i enter my username: jakob, and my pass... and it says login attempt filed...

Hello, your hosting account was suspended for inactivity, which means you had not logged into our forums in more than 14 days, you then had 10 days to un-suspend yourself. It seems you did not, and now your account has been terminated for inactivity.

everything worked fine few hours ago.

yes i definitely logged in then to post that, and its still less than 24 days, and i logged in 2 or 3 days ago.

Hello, the problem may not have been that you've been logging in, the account has been suspended for greater than 10 days and then terminated. It seems that it was for inactivity, but it's also quite possible that it was suspended for reasons such as illegal content etc. If you like i can look into the issue more, i can try find out exactly what happened, but unfortunately i don't think there will be any way to recover the lost data as the account has definitely been terminated.

Chopin itself is loading fine for me, there is no issues with the server other than a high load. I'd recommend creating your own thread in future also as this is in no way related to this topic. It makes it easier to find issues with servers when they have their own thread.

Yes, I would like that you look more in that issue, because, i didnt have illegal content, i was NOT inactive, and i spent my time writing my site, and now its gone!

My site was working properly till yesterday, and it was not suspended, if it was, i could see it.

i think you do server backups on regular basis, so i think its not a problem to recover data, you should have more recent backup than i do.

ok, i remember that, and after that i was unsuspended, you can check my older posts.
after that one i was not suspended.. i tell you, it is a mistake or disinformation, or some automated script (most likely) deleted me, because someone did not remove some flag that i was suspended... if you know what i mean... just check my history

as you can see, i was manually unsuspended, so if something is done manually, there can be error...

Hello, that is just the post, there would have been a ticket associated with your account, almost all tickets get answers to them, but you were definitely not un-suspended. The date of your suspension and termination times match that of the automated system we have set up, we cannot restore backups unfortunately, it is the users responsibility to keep backups of their sites.

The person who escalated it has no access to the ticket system; they are a community paragon, which gives them moderator privileges, but not Staff abilities such as being able to use the ticket system. Anyone who is a community advocate or higher can escalate though.

Dunno about the person who unsuspended you though, all I know is the guy who escalated can't do anything with the ticket.

Second, if your account has been removed, so has your backup (at least I'm pretty sure it has. That would only make sense).
