Hello!

I think my IP was blocked for failed login attempts (not sure about it though) when I was trying to add my mail accounts to Outlook. Getting timeout errors since yesterday. Tried with a VPN and it worked. Could you, please, look into it? I'm on x12.

Thank you in advance.

I did indeed find your IP in the firewall, blocked for failed IMAP logins.

I have unblocked your IP.

Sorry to bother you again, but could you, please, unblock my IP one more time? Couldn't remember my mail password, and found no way to reset it or change it through DirectAdmin. Ended up blocking myself again. Guess I'll just stop trying anymore.

I have unblocked your IP again.

To change email password: Go to "E-mail manager" -> "Email Accounts". At the end of the row for the email address hover over the plus and you'll see two options: "Change Password" and "Download Outlook Configuration"

Make sure that if your using https that you use that and not http, same goes for if you website or email has no certificate, use http and not https or it causes you to get blocked.

I had to get Anna's help for that before.

Https:// is for certificate, it means Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure,
Http:// is for no certificate, it means Hypertext Transfer Protocol.
