Cant log in

Hello everyone.

I've just recently created a free website here on the site, I confirmed my email. Now, the forum account does obviously work hehe.

But when I try logging into the Account Panel or edit the website I registered with this forum user it tells me

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

So I thought, ah, the system might've had a hiccup. And I proceeded to try and create it over again. But when trying to create a new one, it tells me that the email is already in use now.

So what do I do ?

Your join date is showing as.... today, wow, you literally did mean 'recently'.
When new users sign up, the hosting account is placed in a queue. You should receive an email when your account has been created successfully. Officially, it can take up to 48 hours, but shouldn't be anywhere near that.

Ah okay. I don't think that the 48h queue is written anywhere for people to see, or I might've missed it.
But even if the creation is still in the queue, shouldn't you be able to log into the cPanel ?

No, part of the account being set up is the cPanel account, as it is integral to the hosting system.

Please provide your chosen cPanel username so this can be checked out.

that would be the same as the forum username.
