Can't log into x10hosting (error), can't connect via FTP either... (Site Suspended!)

I received an email today stating that my account was suspended, I'm assuming because I haven't logged into x10 in awhile because I work on the site remotely.

I attempted to log in and received this error page:

An Error Was Encountered
Client error response
[status code] 403
[reason phrase] Forbidden
https://api.intercom.io/conversati...cess my files through FTP either. PLEASE HELP.

Can you try again? We've pushed an update that should fix this.


As far as the active "daily-posting fancy accounts," the problem is the ones that you see weren't the ones who can actually fix the problem :) I've been nagging the ones who can, but this one wasn't the easiest fix we've done unfortunately.

The problem seems to be fixed, and I am now able to log into x10. I have not tried FTP yet but I'm assuming it's fixed as well.

However, I am not able to un-suspend myself, and I'm not sure why?

You'll need to submit an appeal from the account portal, only inactivity suspensions allow for a self unsuspend.

I'm also seeing a bug where it's not accepting replies on the form (darn new systems not working right!). In the mean time I did confirm that reply-by-email for the disputes are working, so if you've gotten the appeal response (which you should have by now), reply to it and that will work for replying while our programming team fix the reply bug.

Well, the appeal form was not working at all, when I tried to post my reply, it displayed a blank page with the letters "nah" at the top.

I replied to the email, though my account is still suspended....maybe I didn't respond to the correct email?

The last host I used before moving to X10, my site and my account were suddenly inaccessible and I never got a response from their support staff, forum posts, or emails...I ended up moving my whole site and still to this day have never heard back from the company so I appreciate the quick responses, keep up the good work!

Should be fixed now, both on the "nah" and on the suspension. The "nah" I think was there when staff were working on fixing it, I've seen our programming team do that in the past when trying to do a simple true/false/error check :)

Well, everything seems to be in order, I got the notice that I was un-suspended in the appeals page... however..

My account is still suspended.... lol...
Is this another error, or does the process usually take time?

Different glitch, hang on.

Edit: There, should be fixed. That one I'll take the blame on, apparently when I hit unsuspend before it didn't actually unsuspend. Having not seen that -ever- in the history I've been here, I'ma venture to bet I somehow missed the unsuspend button and it never actually ran >_<
