Cant log onto hosting

Hi

I set up my free hosting account a few days ago, I can log into the forums ok with my details but when I try to log onto my account it says that there is no hosting account linked with my forum name

What is your cPanel username?

Use your forum username (elysiummusic) on the account panel as well. The cPanel details (elysiumm) are for use only on cPanel.

I think the trouble is when I set up the account I didnt get a confirmation email with the confirmation code to set up the account, Ive tried resend option numerous times but still no email
