HI,

After registration I received confirmation e-mail and I went to confirmation link. After that Iv got an e-mai
l
"...
Thanks for registering at x10Hosting Community! We are glad you have chosen to be a part of our community and we hope you enjoy your stay...."now I cant logging to my account.:rant2:
"...The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account..."


What I do wrong:dunno:

That is correct, you do not have a hosting account associated to this forums account. How long have you had the account for, and when was the last time you were able to successfully log in?

Chances are, the account hasn't yet been fully set up, and you'll just have to wait for it. The alternative is that you haven't used the account in such a long time it became suspended for inactivity.

It can't be possible that his or her account was already suspended for inactivity, seeing as the forum account was created in November of 2009, and today is November 2. :p

Sounds to me as he signed up for forum only.

@Pantomas: Hosting account is a separate sign-up process, which can be found here: http://x10hosting.com/signup.php
You will get the option to add an existing forum to link with the forum account a few steps into the process.

If you went through that process, please let us know what cPanel name you signed up for.
