Can't Login and Changes not taking effect

Hello everyone,
I seem to be having trouble logging into the control panel, and the changes I make to documents in my website by FTP don't seem to be taking affect?
Is any one else experiencing this problem? Have the servers gone down or something?
Any help or comments would be appreciated...

What issue are you having logging into the control panel? Are you getting a specific error message?

I don't get any error message. On Chrome, I login and it tells me that my details are correct and have been accepted, but then the screen goes completely white and nothing happens.
On Internet explorer, once I've entered my details and press enter, I get a message saying that the site cannot accessed (either because the website is down, or because there is an error in the code on the site.)

Hi theanato,

It looks like your account has exceeded your maximum disk quota. There is currently a cPanel bug in our "x10Hosting Basic" theme that causes a blank page when the quota is being exceeded. I have forcefully changed your theme to the standard "cPanel x3" theme for the time being until your account is back within the allotted disk quota.

Please either clear some space, or submit a request for unmetered disk space.
